HOW TO MAKE ‘AYAM LAPIS UDANG’

  • Materials Needed
    • 2 pieces of chicken breast
    • 100 grams of shrimp
    • 1 table spoon of corn starch
    • 1 table spoon of flour
    • 1 table spoon of bread crumbs
    • Salt
    • Pepper
    • Oil
    • Lettuce
    • Tomato
    • Cucumber

    • A fork

 

  • Steps
  1. First, clean the breast of chicken and shrimp
  2. After that, separate the bones from chicken breast meat
  3. Then, slice the meat in thin and spread pieces
  4. Second, peel the skin of the shrimp until its clean
  5. After that, puree the meat that has meat separated from the chaf
  6. Third, mix all the delicate shrimp with the corn starch
  7. Stir them together until become the dough
  8. After it mixed, give some salt and pepper to give a delicious taste
  9. And stir it again until you feel its perfect
  10. Fourth, put the dough to whole section of chicken and flatten it
  11. Sprinkle the flour in the whole section
  12. Fifth, whisk the eggs in a bowl
  13. Immers the chicken into an egg shuffle have made
  14. Sprinkle also the bread crumbs to all parts of chicken
  15. Sixth, flame up the stove
  16. Heat the pan on the stove
  17. And pour the oil when the pan is heat already
  18. Seventh, take two pieces of chicken and fry them in the hot oil

  21. Slice it into three pieces

  23. And for the garnish, give some lettuce, cucumber, and tomato
